Centered around the Raven at Three Peaks Golf Course, Three Peaks is made up of several subdivisions that lie at the foot of three peaks in the Gore Range's beautiful Eagles Nest Wilderness area. With great views of these peaks, the homes in this neighborhood lie on the gentle hills around the golf course, and are close to the Blue River, trails into the national forest, a bike path that leads into the center of Silverthone and the Silverthorne elemenatry school. Three Peak homes are mostly single-family and custom-built on large lots, but the neighborhood also includes a dozen or so duplex homes.
