Three Peaks Neighborhood

Centered around the Raven at Three Peaks Golf Course, the Three Peaks Neighborhood is made up of several subdivisions that lie at the foot of 3 peaks in the Gore Range. Far from the peaks are much closer to the valley floor and the Blue River, the Three Peak homes have been built on the softly rolling hills just west of Highway 9. These homes are newer than the Willowbrook neighborhood that is just to the south.

Three Peaks: a Mix of Homes

Three Peaks homes are a nice mix of single-family homes, duplexes and small buildings of condos. Some lie on very large lots. The golf course offers a lot of green space around the multi-family homes and other common land provides more open area. The whole neighborhood backs onto the wilderness called Eagles Nest which provides much more open and public land.
